We are a process-facilitation and consulting agency. We empower our client agencies to "help families live better lives." The way to positive client outcomes for public service agencies is not to just "talk a good game."  We must ACT on several principles, such as open access to information, a love of learning, shared meaning, an orientation to quality processes and true collaborative partnerships. Above all, we need a total commitment to achieving client outcomes.

PLANNING

 Successful prevention and early intervention rely on evidence-based  program design and collaborative relationships among a community's government and non-profit partners, the faith community, schools and citizens. A facilitated process can strengthen shared understanding of needs, resources and priorities.

RESEARCH & EVALUATION

Performance analyses and process evaluations describe whether programs are being implemented as designed and how well.  But, only outcome evaluation and impact analyses can determine with reliable data whether the intended outcomes and impacts are being achieved. Strong approaches involve partners in the work. 

TRAINING & FACILITATION

Organizational learning is the system-wide pursuit of knowledge - focused on improving outcomes for clients. Systems thinking and analytical tools help, but participatory decision-making and performance-based training can ensure not only well-designed programs but excellent staff implementation of those designs.
