9  Work groups from retreat didn’t work out.  Follow through was difficult.

10.     How satisfied are you with the facilitation by PVI staff of meetings conducted under the contract?
9  Retreat was pretty well done but was missing something.  I don’t know what.

11.     How satisfied are you with the effectiveness of the services provided by PVI under the contract?
9 We still feel the pressure of deadlines and can’t seem to get out from under them.

12.     How much has the quality of PVI’s services improved over last year’s services? If so, in what ways?
There isn’t much room for improvement but I give a 10 for the effort.

Project Results:

13.     To what extent has PVI accomplished the goals of the project with your agency?
9  You took us to the base camp, gave us the map, equipment and Sherpas but we didn’t reach the peak

14.     To what extent has PVI enhanced the cooperation and communication among your people?
We are 70% from where we need to be but I think the remainder of our journey will need to be on our own

15.     A major goal of PVI’s contracts is to build your agency’s capacity. How successful have we been?
8 If we would have followed through on our small groups and feel less pressure around time issues it would have been a 10

16.     How satisfied are you with the project’s results?
9  But a 9 is great.  You have to know that I look at everything with a critical eye for improvement.

Improvement Suggestions:

17.     Think about the time you were most disappointed with PVI. Please tell us what went wrong, how it was resolved, and how you wish it had turned out.
The small groups followed through to some extent but we haven’t pushed through to the end.  In general time constraints keep us from following through with tasks we should be doing at the same time such as these small groups.  I would have like to seen follow through and feel less like we are behind on most projects.

18.     Think about the time you were most pleased with PVI. Please tell us what went well, how it ended, and how you would like us to apply the lesson to our other work with your agency and others like it.

PVI always does an excellent job on the Strategy.  The timelines get cut real close but it gets done and is great.

19.     What is the most important thing you think Performance Vistas should do to improve for the next year?

Follow up on projects or assignments that are on OCJP but result from work you do. Relieve the pressure by helping us set timelines and milestones for things we do.
