Improvement Suggestions:

17.     Think about the time you were most disappointed with PVI. Please tell us what went wrong, how it was resolved, and how you wish it had turned out.
Time management in training sessions has sometimes been a problem.  We have all occasionally underestimated the amount of time needed to cover an issue.  Efforts to manage have always been implemented.  Such different levels of subrecipient competencies have complicated the process.

18.     Think about the time you were most pleased with PVI. Please tell us what went well, how it ended, and how you would like us to apply the lesson to our other work with your agency and others like it.
We have always worked very well with all the PVI staff.  It has been a very beneficial relationship that has provided as much to Victim Services staff as it has to our subrecipients.

19.     What is the most important thing you think Performance Vistas should do to improve for the next year?
More of the same.  Great communication should continue.
