Ashley Grimm

Ashley Grimm has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Louisiana State University. She is also a graduate of the Louisiana State University Paralegal Studies program. She has worked on staff or as a consultant with non-profit organizations and state government agencies since the completion of her studies in 1995.

Ashley Grimm began working with The REGIS Group, a consulting company headquartered in Pensacola, Florida in 1995 and Performance Vistas, Inc, another consulting company headquartered in Roswell, Georgia in 1997. Both of these are process-oriented consulting groups specializing in productivity enhancement, organizational development, strategic planning, leadership development and team-building. Both consulting groups are committed to developing organizational strategies based on customer needs and expectations, and to working with our customers in every aspect of project implementation to ensure that strategies are effectively designed and successfully executed.

In her capacity as a Research Associate for these two consulting firms, Ms. Grimm has performed data collection and analyses for projects that included cost analysis and transportation studies for social service agencies, evaluation studies of Drug Court programs, and strategic planning initiatives for non-profit organizations. In addition, Ms. Grimm has participated in a number of community planning projects including a county-wide juvenile justice plan, four prenatal and infant health care service delivery plans, a school-readiness plan. Ms. Grimm also assisted in the development of a transition plan to move a state agency office to not-for-profit status, including the development of organizational structure, policies and procedures and board of directors training plan. She has assisted in the writing of various grants for not-for-profit agencies serving children and families in Florida. Ms. Grimm also provided technical assistance to state and not-for-profit agencies on survey design, administration and data analysis.

Ms. Grimm also has been involved in the planning, implementation and management of five pilot projects serving serious juvenile offenders in three counties in Florida over the past six years. She has been responsible for database design and management, data integrity and reporting of output and outcome measures to program management and state licensure and funding agencies, quality assurance components, fiscal and property management, and personnel training. Ms. Grimm also developed a automated treatment planning and progress noting web-based service reporting system that meets state and federal mental health and substance abuse licensure requirements.

Ms. Grimm has facilitated the development of disk-based and web-based performance management and reporting systems for a state agency that meets state and federal reporting requirements. The systems are used to evaluate the performance of sub-contractors and are key elements in the state agency’s contract management system.

On a yearly basis, Ms. Grimm also takes a group of eighth grade students on a week-long experiential learning trek with Outward Bound.
